Document Meeting/Event Details

This area on the Document Assembly/Template Maintenance pages enables recording of Date, Duration, Venue, Room and Calendar Colour details for a document.

The “Calendar Colour” drop down is used to specify the colour used for the document in the calendar. It allows for colour coding of different meeting types to make them more easily identifiable on the calendar.
