Various system wide settings are managed from this page. The top section has some basic organisation details which are described below. The other collapsible panels are described in their own sub-articles.
Organisation Name: name displayed within the application for the individual site
Organisation Key: this is the unique system generated key for the individual site and is not maintained by the system administrator.
Time Zone: allows you to set the correct time zone for your organisation.
Default Action Required Text: This is used to enter the default text that will be applied to any actions that come out of minutepProcessing.
Show Time for Due Dates: This has been provided so that you can elect to show and use times of day for due dates. If this is not checked due dates will only show the day it is due, whereas if it is checked you will also be able to select a time of day that the report/item is due for completion. For example, 3.00pm on Friday 23rd September 2018.
Default Value: Attachments-Convert to PDF: If this field is checked it means that when uploading attachments to a report the Convert to PDF field will default to a checked value. If the Lock: Attachments - Convert to PDF field is not checked, the default can be changed when uploading attachments. For more information on how this is used please refer to the Attachments section of this guide.
Lock: Attachments - Convert to PDF: If this field is checked it means that when uploading attachments to a report the Convert to PDF field will not be able to be altered. For more information on how this is used please refer to the Attachments section of this guide.
